Confession time – If I want to reach my personal physical goals, I NEED an accountability partner. Over the years, I have had every intention of shedding those unwanted pounds and reaching my exercise goal and yet six months down the road I somehow get off track. Last year, I changed all that and partnered up with a buddy. I am happy to say it made a difference.
