Remember coloring in a color book when you were a child? The page contained outlines of animals and characters that you could color in with any colors you desired. But, it was the outlines on the page that gave your picture definition and caused you to know where one figure ended and another began. That is exactly what boundaries do for us: they allow us to know who we are and who we arent. They DEFINE us. The problem comes when those boundaries are unclear.

• Do you find yourself being defined by your roles or your past rather for who you really

are?

• Do you often give an external yes to people when you have an internal no?

• Do you feel that others often take advantage of you?

• Does your life feel out of control?

In this 8-week study, you will learn the why to those questions and discover principles that will help you set healthy boundaries and kick down the walls of limitation. The book, Boundaries, by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend will be used as our spring board to growth, along with some other tools.

You will:

• Be encouraged as you grow in your new identity
