Today, I was chatting with a friend about the importance of living with a grateful heart. We both agreed that a grateful heart can change your whole outlook on life. A grateful attitude removes sadness, gives you a new perspective and causes you to rejoice in the small things.

Sometimes it’s hard to do and yet, the benefits and rewards are power boosters for our body, soul, and spirit. So, the next time you are feeling blue, stop, reflect, and recall the blessings, big or small and enjoy that moment in time.

What am I grateful for today?
