Sun and Fun can be hard a little ones skin. Here are a few reminders for those busy summer days:

• Make sure to put T-Shirts and hats on the kiddos.

• Use SPF of 30 or higher

• Be careful not with sunscreen spray  it can really burn eyes

• Do not use lotion with PABA or Oxbenzone

• Bring lots of water to drink

• Cover your sweet ones with lots of kisses
