Women Advancing the Lord’s Kingdom in Love & Friendship
As the founder of GWG, I believe that a faith walk is an important key in building life-giving friendships. One of my favorite books in the Bible is Esther. Queen Esther knew that if she wanted CHANGE and Breakthrough in the lives of her people, she would need faith-filled people to agree with her in prayer to see that change. I believe that NOW is the time for faithful women of God to join in prayer across the globe to redeem God’s ordained Gift of Friendship!
In John 17, Jesus calls us to a Higher Standard To Walk in Love by demonstrating to the world that through Him, we can unite in friendship, celebrate our sisterhood and, together, share the Good News of hope that Jesus brings to the world.
As hard as it is for me to say and admit, God’s Girls are making a mess of friendship! As followers of Jesus, we should be leading the way to authentic, fun, and life-giving friendships. Instead, when you look at our friendships you tend to see the opposite friendships filled with competition, lack of trust, faultfinding, jealousy, and character assassination.
Generational strongholds, mindsets, and prejudices continue to impact and enslave the hearts of women; this battle is really the enemy has been very clever in dividing us, the daughters of God because God has Anointed our Voices to Usher in a GREAT AWAKENING of HIS PRESENCE.
This battle will not be easily won because we, the women of God, have been caught in captivity for a long time, but With GOD leading the way, healing our brokenness, releasing us from false lies, and teaching us how to live in wholeness, we will see ourselves and our sisters set free to receive the promise of a life filled with hope and promise.
As the Gift Giver, God is offering us an opportunity to unite and believe that with Him we can WALK IN LOVE & FRIENDSHIP and see women enjoying the fruit of the gift of His Friendship with one another around the world!
